In August, Tamiko and Austin made a whirlwind trip up north, playing three gigs in 26 hours! Between shows, we had fun swimming at Petoskey State Park, checking out some great bookstores, and sharing smoked whitefish pate at the Boyne City Farmers Market with family.
But hands down, the highlight of the tour was our house concert show at The Rhubarbary:
Hosts Maureen and Dale live there, run the concert series, perform as the opening act, and also host a lovely AirBnB (The Rhubarbary Ruins) on the property.
If you're in the Harbor Springs area between May and October, check out their concert schedule. The performance space is incredible, the people warm, the atmosphere intimate, and the potluck divine!
